Following are the terms and conditions of a legal agreement (herein "Agreement") between you and Life Options Institute Inc. (herein "Life Options"). Your use of this Web site (herein "Site"), including but not limited to all software, information, materials, and services available on this Site, are conditioned upon your acceptance and acknowledgment of the terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you may not access, browse, or utilize this Site in any way.
1. Personal and Noncommercial Use Only
This Site shall be used for personal and noncommercial use only. Any attempt to use this Site for any reason
other than personal and noncommercial purposes will result in the termination of your user rights as set forth
in Paragraph 9 herein.
2. Disclaimer - No Warranties
Life Options provides this Site "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including
but not limited to data accuracy, Site content, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Additionally,
Life Options does not warrant the use of this Site or the accuracy of the results obtained through the use of
this Site. You acknowledge that by using this Site your information will be transmitted through Internet lines
which are controlled by third-party carriers, and Life Options does not represent or warrant that such transmittals
will be uninterrupted or errorless, or that such information will be immune from corruption.
3. Liability Exclusion
Under no circumstances will Life Options or any of its employees, agents, licensors, independent contractors,
coaches, or other third parties involved with this Site be liable for any damages, including but not limited
to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, regardless of cause, including but not limited
to the negligence of Life Options. Life Options shall not be responsible or liable for any damages incurred
as a result of the personal coaching that you may receive as an additional service offered by this Site. Additionally,
Life Options shall not be responsible or liable for any costs incurred in the repair of your equipment or
data information caused by the use of this Site. Because some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life Options, its successors, subsidiaries, officers, directors, affiliates,
investors, employees, agents, independent contractors, licensors, attorneys, and representatives from and
against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred by
Life Options or any of the other parties mentioned in this Paragraph 4, to the extent caused by or arising
out of your use of this Site, its materials, services, software, or any other information.
5. Copyright and Trademark Protection
All materials contained or purchased on this Site, including but not limited to all codes, programming language,
text, graphics, and videos, are protected by United States and foreign copyright laws. You may not reproduce,
copy, redistribute, republish, transmit, or rewrite any material on this Site for commercial use without the
prior written consent of Life Options. Additionally, you agree that all marks, names, symbols, and logos (herein "Marks")
on this Site are registered and unregistered trademarks of Life Options and shall not be copied or used by
you in any way without the express written consent of Life Options. You acknowledge that all ownership rights
in the Marks on this Site are the sole property of Life Options. Any unauthorized use of the materials on
this Site may violate copyright law, trademark law, or other laws and will result in the termination of your
user rights as set forth in Paragraph 9.

Any hyperlinks to third-party web sites on this Site are provided for your convenience and are not impliedly
endorsed or controlled by Life Options. Life Options is not responsible for any of these web sites, including
but not limited to their content or policies. By choosing to utilize these links and access third-party web
sites, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk, and that all liability for damages alleged
to be a result of the use of such third-party web sites shall not be borne by Life Options. You may create
a hyperlink to this Site provided that the hyperlink accurately portrays this Site and is in no way false,
misleading, or derogatory. You may not "frame" this Site or any of its content without the express
written consent of Life Options. Life Options reserves the right to revoke the right to use hyperlinks at
any time at its sole discretion.
7. Downloads
All software and materials available for download from this Site are subject to the licensing agreement that
accompanies such software and materials, and your use of such downloadable materials is contingent upon your
review and acceptance of the terms of such licensing agreement. All software and other materials available
for download are subject to United States and foreign copyright laws and are protected materials of Life Options.
Any attempt to reproduce, redistribute, or copy the software or materials to another server or location for
any reason whatsoever is prohibited.
8. Modifications to this Agreement
Life Options may modify these terms and conditions from time to time, and the notice of such modification(s)
shall be deemed to occur upon the appearance of such modification(s) on this web page. You agree to visit
this web page occasionally to determine the current terms and conditions that govern your use of this Site.
9. Termination of User Rights
Life Options reserves the right to terminate your access and use of this Site upon your breach of any of the
terms and conditions set forth herein. Upon such termination, you must destroy all materials you have received
or downloaded through access to this Site and discontinue all access methods (including but not limited to
hyperlinks) to gain entry to this Site.
10. Applicable Law - Consent to Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
By agreeing to the terms set forth herein and using this Site, you hereby (a) consent to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the state and federal courts in the County of Okaloosa, Florida (herein "Florida Courts") for any
disputes or litigation arising out of this Agreement and (b) agree not to commence any action arising out of
or in connection with this Agreement outside of the Florida Courts or to contest the Florida Courts as an inconvenient
forum.
11. General Provisions
If any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall
be construed to reflect as closely as possible the true intentions of the parties. A determination that a
provision is invalid or unenforceable shall in no way affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain
in full force and effect. This Agreement is not assignable without the express written consent of Life Options,
and Life Options' failure to enforce any provisions or rights under this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver
of such rights, unless provided as such by the express written consent of Life Options.
12. Privacy
Please refer to Life Options' Privacy Policy for
information regarding Life Options' collection, use, and storage of users' information.
13. Responses to Online Requests
From time to time, Life Options may offer to provide, via e-mail or otherwise, information, materials, and/or
one-on-one coaching sessions to interested persons. Life Options reserves the right, in its absolute discretion,
to reject any requests for information, materials, or coaching sessions, or to discontinue the provision of
the same to any person, for any reason whatsoever.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with Life Options' Privacy Policy,
constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all
previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
